Associations and activities
A dynamic, warm, stimulating and rewarding student life
Nearby amenities: the university restaurant is only a stone's throw away, and so are the bus stop and tram station that connect Illkirch to the city centre. Students have a large choice of accommodations in Strasbourg or Illkirch, may it be in private rooms, shared accommodation or university residence. The location of the School on an off-site campus and the size of the year groups foster connections as well as lasting relationships.
Associations and clubs: students involved in a lively school
The Student Union (French BDE) welcomes you at Fouaille (foyer), a cosy place to meet others or to relax. Every year, several parties are organized and they have become very famous on the campus! Integration activities (during orientation period), the end of exam period and the end of studies are all opportunities to relax once the hard work is accomplished.
More than 20 associations or clubs contribute to the development or growth of personal skills through physical or sports activities, cultural outings or discoveries, social commitment or the implementation of a unifying project. The number and diversity of activities engage us not only as a lively audience but above all as actual actors in life on campus and beyond that, as responsible and open citizens.
Check the BDE website and find the teams out in force.

Alumni Association (AAE)
Active and close to the new generation
The Alumni Association (AAE) is a network of former graduates who keep in touch and maintain a dynamic collaboration with the School. Represented on the school committee, the Alumni contributes to the policy and management of the institution. Intended for the younger generations, various activities are organised for students in order to develop a network spirit. Freshers party for 1st year students, tarte flambée (Alsatian dish) dinner, annual reception, participation in the career and networking fair, industrial visits, conferences... the number of meetings keeps increasing throughout the year.
Once employed, former students mindfully communicate internship and job offers to our School when they cannot offer engineering project topics. Through their success, they contribute to the reputation of the School.
